Your order shipment

Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via any of our shipping partners such as Delhivery, EcomExpress, Bluedart, etc. The tracking number will be available on your order details page once it has been made available by the courier.

Products that require customization or additional backend procurement might require additional days before it can be shipped. We will keep you posted on the status of these shipments if there are unexpected delays.

Most of the listed products come with free shipping. For those items that have shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Most products come with a pre-defined return period. Some products due to it's very nature of personalization, hygiene, one time use etc. will not be returnable unless they are found damaged on arrival. Return period for each product is defined within the respective product description on the product page.

Products are returnable only:

  1. if they are damaged on arrival,
  2. have fitment issues,
  3. significantly different from what has been described on the product page. (e.g: polyester instead of cotton, maroon instead of red, etc.)

Difference in shade of the same colors do not qualify for returns. (e.g: light red instead of dark red)

Products that are returned must be returned in their original packing with all tags and labels intact. Once the return is received, we may examine the contents to ensure completeness of the claim and reserve the right to deny the claim if the return is found to be used, packaging/tags missing or buyer created damage.

Wherever possible, the return will be picked up by our shipping partner. For areas that are not serviceable by our shipping partners, you will be required to ship the product to our return address mentioned in the invoice.

Clothing & Accessories: Return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. Should be returned in original packing with all tags intact. Should not be used or washed.

When possible, please record the opening of your received packages to make your return process faster and to avoid any delay caused by claim processing.

Refunds

If for any reason an order cannot be fulfilled, and or your return has been accepted, the amount you paid will be fully refunded. The refund will reflect in your original payment method within 7 working days after refund has been processed. For returns where the claim has been denied or the return did not meet the return conditions mentioned under the Returns section, there will be no refund provided or we may choose to do a partial refund based on the condition of the return.
